Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Krend Korea account and its data at any time:

• Sign in to your account.
• Go to your Profile page (the Me section).
• Under Delete account, confirm the deletion.

For your security, you may be asked to sign in again before the deletion completes.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in identity (email / Google login).
• Your learning progress — collected words, tap counts, and level.
• Your in-app “clam” balance and referral code.
• Preferences stored on your device.

For legal and accounting reasons we (or our payment provider, as merchant of record) may retain records of purchases and transactions for the period required by law. We may also keep anonymized, aggregated statistics that do not identify you.

If you cannot access your account, email us at support@krend.kr from the address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request.
