Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Overview

This policy applies to purchases of KREND digital subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). Our products are digital and access is granted immediately. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record; where a refund is granted, it is processed by that provider back to your original payment method.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of your current paid period. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund the current period.

3. Refunds

If something isn’t right, contact us at support@krend.kr within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll review your request. Except where required by applicable law, refunds are provided at our discretion. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we may decline a refund for content that has already been substantially accessed, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law — for example, the right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law, or rights under Korea’s Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Note that a statutory right to withdraw may not apply once you have begun using digital content, where the law permits.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@krend.kr from the address associated with your account, including your order or receipt details. Our payment provider may also contact you directly regarding your purchase.
