The trap of perfectionism

Many people try to pursue perfection.

Perfectionism not only helps achieve goals but sometimes also becomes a driving force for growth.

However, if perfectionism is excessive, it can rather become poison.

There are many cases where one cannot even start while trying to do everything perfectly.

Perfectionism not only leads to ceaseless self-criticism but also amplifies stress and anxiety.

One becomes frustrated even with a small mistake and tries not to accept oneself if the result is not perfect.

This kind of attitude makes one hesitate to take on new challenges and eventually traps one into a situation where one attempts nothing at all.

While trying to insist only on perfect results, one also misses important opportunities.

Therefore, an attitude of acknowledging 'sufficiency' rather than perfection is necessary.

Rather than striving to do things perfectly, it is important to start first and then continue to improve.

One should find learning even within imperfection and celebrate small successes.

Only by escaping from the trap of perfectionism and striving to have a flexible way of thinking can one achieve true growth.
